write a 3 page paper on proofs in mathematics

I would like to suggest an outline of say an introduction followed with three to five carefully crafted or presented examples of proofs accompanied with an explanation of the basic structure of the proof and then a conclusion.
Each paper is to be unique; you may certainly use examples from any previously solved homework exercises, but no worked examples from the text.While an example from our group assignments would be fair game, new examples from your field of study or even from another mathematics or similar course will receive the greatest amount of credit.
