Observe a playground at your community. Is the playground accessible for children with physical disabilities (i.e. wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, etc.)? What are the obstacles near, on, and around the playground? Can children with physical impairments get to the playground easily? Once onto the playground, what equipment is accessible (i.e. swings, small slides, walkways, etc.)? What activity would children with physical disabilities do at this playground? Does the community have an accessible playground for these children?
