DISCUSSION TOPIC: At the end of the chapter, the textbook discusses Raymond Kurzweil and his predictions for society as we continue engaging with technology. Read the article here from Information Week, written in 2006, especially Kurzweil’s expectations of life in the not-so-distant future (at the time). What do you think of his predictions at the time? Have any of his predictions come to be reality? If any have, which ones? To what extent did he get it right? Do some research on Kurzweil, listen to his TED Talks.
