Sometimes, after a task is completed, the team must wait for a period before moving on. An example of this may be painting. Take for instance, my daughters room was a darker purple. She decided she wanted to move into the spare room once a relative moved out and we converted her old room into the office. Before we could move the office in we needed to paint. The dark purple required a primer in order for it to not seep through. Once the primer was applied, there was a lag time of 24 hours to allow the primer to dry properly.
